Wes Wynne
Managing Partner
Wes represents the fourth generation of Wynnes to lead American Liberty. As Managing Partner, Wes leads the development and execution of American Liberty’s strategic goals, coordinates with partnership family members, and maintains community and industry relationships. Wes also spearheads the company’s marketing and technology needs and served as the executive leader for Star Brand Ranch Executive Retreat. Prior to joining American Liberty Oil Company, Wes was the Marketing Director for Dermascope Magazine with years of experience in digital and print advertising and publishing.
Wes received his Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations from Texas Christian University. He is a proud father, a private pilot, and a certified SCUBA diver.
Joshua D. Terry
General Counsel, Director of Business Development
As General Counsel and Director of Business Development, Joshua leads the negotiation of American Liberty’s mineral and real estate contracts and manages all other legal affairs of the company. Prior to joining American Liberty, Joshua was a civil litigator starting his practice at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer Feld LLP in Dallas and representing clients in sophisticated contract disputes, oil and gas class actions, industrial damage claims, and commercial property conflicts.
Joshua is a graduate of the University of Richmond (B.A. Political Science / Rhetoric 2004) and the University of Texas School of Law (2007). He is a proud member of the Church of the Incarnation in Dallas, a board member and former president of Second Thought Theatre, and board member for the West Dallas Community School and Undermain Theater. In his free time, he ponders distant days and faraway places, buys books he someday intends to read, and plots mad adventures with his wife and two young sons. He also helps coach baseball.
Stacy Wynne
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Stacy manages American Liberty’s business administration and human resources. Prior to joining American Liberty Oil Company, Stacy was Principal HR generalist at the international defense contractor Leonardo DRS and a Human Resources Manager at Master Halco.
Stacy is a proud graduate of Marshall University with a Masters in Human Resource Management. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). As a mom of a curious and energetic son, she finds herself constantly on the move, seeking adventures and experiences to share with him. When she finds the time, she enjoys exercising, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and traveling with her family–especially to Walt Disney World, where she once worked.
